create SRS doc for apps and admin panel

SRS includes: - description of admin panel + client apps +mockup UI; - user can log in using using Fb, email, TW, Instagram, G+ and make profile; - user can review list of nearby restaurants, choose one, see its menu, dishes, filter category and search manually and see all restaurants on map; - user can make an order, make payment for order and select delivery or pickup; - user can review status of order, history of orders and get push notifications once status is changed to completed or delivered; - user pay to our company and we transfer the dish amount to the restaurant. - user will pay using custom payment gateway + credit card/cash/Paypal etc. - user cannot place order if restaurant is closed. - restaurants page: user can switch to map view or list view for nearby or for filtered; -user can add a photo of a dish he liked and leave a comment. And other users can see it; - the official image of the dish will be uploaded by the restaurant owners; - and there will be users album for each dish.
