Modern, Secure Business iOS Application

We are looking at having an application created for Apple and possibly Android OS. I need someone who is very communicative using Freelancer.com platform. This application was originally scheduled to be completed by the second week of February. We would like to have this application published in the Apple store by the first half of March 2016. ** TO BE CLEAR: Please read the ENTIRE job requirements below before applying or accepting my invitation. Other freelancers have not understood that this MAY BE required to design from start to finish. *** We want the application to consist of the following: 1. Present our company catalog with an opportunity to buy on Amazon and potentially our own shop. 2. Provide geolocations for sales representatives (find a rep by location, get alerts when in certain areas, etc), and the ability to send push notifications based on geolocation of customers. 3. We want our customers to be able to interact with our company using the app - perhaps with a social wall they can register and post on. 4. We'd like for them to be able to join our e-newsletter through the application, be able to have us upload videos that can be streamed, photos that can be viewed, and more. 5. We'd like for our sales team to be able to use the app to submit a simple e-mail form to register new customers, update customer details, and more. We have a web form that can be linked from to use here. 6. An area for app-exclusive promotions would be a "nice to have". Perhaps something where sales reps confirm the app on the phone of their client when they visit the office and they accumulate points? I am open to ideas here. We need this to be very clean, very modern, and very functional.
