What you need to succeed 2+ years of experience with highly performant backend infrastructure Extensive experience building and maintaining production systems at scale. Familiarity with or ability to become rapidly proficient at industry backend development like, MongoDB, API-Endpoints, Python, AWS, Cloudflare, etc. Good Understanding of reading EVM-based Smart Contracts (i.e. Solidity) Excellent communication and organizational skills.
