add some login rights in my website for access data base

i have developed one basic website with the help of microsoft visual studio 2015. Here i have created one data base. whose data is coming from registration page. Now i want to add some logins in web site. Each login user have different rights to access data base. like user can add , delete data, one user can edit only one table, third user can watch all data, and last user can access only limted amount of data from data base..it very small project
