Retrieving and printing documents - The sorting and classify of documents will be based the administrative structure of the company and the detailed characteristics and properties of each administration or sector. - The electronic scanning of documents will be; 1. Individually. 2. FDI –like a contract which is a group of files in one PDF document – 3. Exporting or importing the file. - Save the metadata of each document. - Searching, Retrieving and printing documents. - Save more than one million files and support the Arabic Language. - Can be used for any new department or sector. - The security of the system will give each user for each window of the system the privileges to save, edit, delete, print or export the data. - Send or receive the documents from different departments. - Recover any deleted records. - Give and print statistical analyzes of the archiving system to contribute to the future planning of the company. 3. Performance and related parameters; - The system can save more than one million files. - The degree of efficiency of the system will not be affected with the amount of documents and data. - The OS of the PCs is MS Windows XP or MS Windows 7. 4. Utilization environments; - The clients PCs are Dual Core or Core 2 Duo PCs. - The OS of the PCs is MS Windows XP or MS Windows 7. 5. Effectiveness requirements; - I have explained these requirements later. 6. Operational life cycle; - From 7 years to 10 years. 7. Environment; - The company has a collaborative environment.
