Compensation: $3 to $5 USD per hour 40+ hours per week Paid time off The company will provide a VOIP handset and wireless headset Requirements: 120+ IQ. as per free 8 question test. Search: "Culture fair intelligence test" Near perfect English Ability to work any time of day Stable power and Internet connection Quiet room with no background noise Desktop or laptop computer Desired (but not required) Experience: Basic understanding of networking, specifically OSI layers 2 and 3 Mikrotik and Winbox experience Ubiquiti experience Grandstream VOIP experience Dish Network experience Primary Duties: We have a very low call volume (typically less than five calls per shift) and coverage is our primary concern Answer inbound technical support calls for TV, Internet, and phone customers Project confidence to the customer that their problem will be resolved Empathise with the customer's frustration Guide them through the process of troubleshooting their problem over the phone If you are unable to solve the problem on the phone, schedule a local technician to fix the problem Other Duties Include: Sales lead generation Outbound sales calls Improving technical documentation To apply, please take the 8 question "Culture fair intelligence test" available at no charge through a quick Google search: [login to view URL] Take a screenshot of your test results.
