I've worked with these kinds of problems before and i know the issue here . Hopefully its not that major issue. Just need to troubleshoot the network and apply appropriate settings .

I run two Uk based IT company’s and our core wifi deployments are with UniFi devices, I manage a 250+ site deployment with min 3 AP’s per site along with some smaller projects.
