Perl CMS required

We need small CMS written [in PERL / CGI, so that we can integrate it into our existing systems] The cms is for a sports club and will form a membership system with the following features: Allow creation of Sections [i.e Juniors, Seniors, Ladies etc] Allow creation of Groups within the sections [i.e Under 10s, under 11s, Colts] Allow creation of users, who will become members of groups. Allow permissions for the groups to the following required modules: News Fixtures Forum Calendar [which must allow filter by section / group] match reports Club shop The system will integrate into our perl CRM system for security access and look and feel / design. We already have PHP developers and Iam fully aware that we could use xoops/joomla with oscommerce, but this will not allow us to integrate into our existing CRM system that is written in perl. Iam also fully aware that most of these requirements are available as modules / scripts which could be downloaded and integrated into what we require. We have a lot more work around this and other systems that we sell and will be looking to form a long lasting relationshiop with the developer(s) that we choose.
