Photo restoration artists needed

Hello! We are looking for Photo Restoration artists for the long term. Please apply only in case if you have some examples of your photo restoration works you can attach or showcase. Shortly about us. We are a small and friendly photo restoration and editing service. We work with all kinds of damage, lack of clarity, and other quality issues. The main points. ● We have huge experience in this field as artists on our own, so have instructions on how to improve your workflow, spend less time and effort, quality better. We will make sure to make your work easier and more enjoyable. ● We know how difficult some pieces may be and fairly estimate the results of your work depending on the quality of the original pieces. ● We pay for pieces, not hours. Most of the photos aren't complex so they would not take a lot of your time. ● As long as you provide a good-looking result we are not concerned if you did this photo in 1 hour or 15 minutes, so don't feel any pressure. ● All information given here may change a bit depending on the complexity of the work you do, the number of photos you have, and so on, so don't feel overly stressed about them. Working terms. ● We will assign you 5-10 photos per day. We will make sure to limit the number of difficult pieces you will get. We can agree to any amount of photos you can do a day. ● We don't have rigid working hours. You can work at any time you can, as long as you provide your work on time. ● We work 6-7 days a week. ● Turnaround time is up to 3 days for most of the photos. Some of them will need to be done within 24 hours. ● In case if you get any revisions you need to do them within 24 hours, but some of the most complex pieces may take longer and we will understand it. While sending your application please add "OK" at the very beginning of your application, so we will know you have read this information. About the payment. ● We pay a flat rate per every photo you restore, no matter the complexity, colorization, revisions number, or anything else. ● In case if you provide awesome work, restore a lot of photos, work with difficult images, or have any other achievements, we will pay you some additional motivational rewards. ● We pay twice a month, 01 and 16 of each month. ● We will discuss the exact payment per piece in a personal interview.
