Simple photoshop work.

I am adding a file of a pictue, that needs to be edited. I will need 2 variants: first, i want is that the background of the picture, what is behind the dish and 2 beers to be in simple black colour. second, same black background, but on the top of the picture in big letters to be written "PRIMA Restaurace". Thank you.
