Need Very good rendering for Architectural Building

Architects firm based in Mumbai, India and we need very good quality rendered images for the two apartment buildings which are attached here. The work includes: 1. Rendering these views in Max/ Rhino and then finishing in Photoshop. 2. We will share the Sketchup file of the same, so there is no modelling to be done. 3. The work needs to be finished within 7 days or if you can finish the same earlier then do state it. 4. Previous work needs to be shared as links to help us make the final decision. 5. Payment will be done after the final submission of the work. We are not going to stop the payment for the right kind of work, but if it is not of the quality we are looking at then we will not be able to pay for the same. If you don't have past work to share then do not apply for this work. We are looking for serious people with good quality work. We ourselves are using Sketchup and V-ray.
