Local Magento only catalogue shop with client profile sites

Hello, i have a magento theme, and i need to make this magento theme only as a poduct catalogue, without prices and payment function. Its a local magento shop. That means, that local shops can promote their products , what they sell on their local stores. If a user is interested in a product, he can visite the shop local, or write a e-mail or contact them otherwise. But its not only a product catalogue. We have "Visitors" = normal users We have "clients" = Shops (Local Shops) We have "admin" Its more like this: On this site, clients (local shops) can create accounts, and have a own profile, where they present their business. Show photos, videos, links of their business. Then they can upload own products to their profiles. And these products are visible to all people in the shop. When a normal visitor comes to the site, he can see all the different products. When a visitor is interested in a product, he clicks on that product, can view the product, and then he can see the shop details (the client details) where he can buy this. Then he can share the product over facebook etc... and can contact the local shop owner to buy this product locally... its not a shopping cart feature, its only a contact the "local" store function... So its more a product catalogue of local Stores... Local stores present their own products on that magento store... If you can create this custom magento shop, with that social kind features, and own profiles etc.... and the features above, i can send you whole description and briefing... thanks
