244719 Social Bookmark Submitter

I am looking for a programmer who can do a social bookmark submitter based on php/mysql for me. It should have the following features: 1. manage different account-sets (an account-set is a list of accounts (one for each bookmarking portal)) add/edit/delete accounts should be possible. Software should not have the feature to auto-register, but a link to the register-page of the site. 2. manage different urls which should be submitted (each url has the following data: url, title german, title english, description german, description english, tags german, tags english. search/add/edit/delete of urls should be possible. 3. manage different social bookmarking sites. The most sites I will add will have scuttle or scuttle plus as software, but I also might add individual sites with other software. I should be able to easily add a new site with homepage-url, register-url, submit-url, language (english or german or both). submit-url is important for the software to do autosubmissions. This will only work with sites, which dont have captcha on the submission-page. 4. it would be nice to have a feature like logging to see, if a url has been submitted to a site. And if it was successfull or not. I should be able to get a list for each url with all successfull/unsuccessfull submissions. 5. to prevent being kicked as spammer, it should be possible to do submission with a cronjob. with each run of the job one url should be submitted to a random site (with a random account if there are more than one for a site). the logging should prevent double submission of a url to the same site. 6. if I add a new bookmarking site, all urls should be automatically submitted there too with a random account. Not all at once... just like before with the cronjob. Important: I need someone who will answer my skype/mails in 24 hrs to get the project started and developed fast. It should be finished within 2 weeks.
