53303 Image upload/resize/watermark/

Hello! I need an easy script which does the following: User uploads a large image. Image will be resized to a give max height, width AND filesize. Image will be stamped with a watermark (single line of text) Image will bestored in a folder on my server and displayed to user along with a little textbox containing the URL. Only registered users (invisionboard) shall be able to use this feature. If you have questions - please ask before bidding. GD/ImageMagick are on the server.
