I have a proxy website. For example: worldwideproxy.com. I would like to add a page before the current one where the person can register and surf on the fast servers and pay a low monthly fee (only a couple dollars). This will be paid through 2checkout or paypal. I don't want them able to surf without loggin in as well. Thanks!
