Adding Web 2.0 portal features

I would like to add some Web 2.0 portal features as on [login to view URL] to my existing web site. Basically converting exiting content to widgets and enable edit and dragging for these widgets. ## Deliverables These are the section that already exist on my site. There's a news section with news headlines. Content is stored in an access db. A Forum headline? section (Snitz Forum). Posts stored in MYSQL DB. A section with current feature headlines.? Content is stored in an access db. ? I would like to have these converted to widgets with edit button so the individual user can change the number of news items listed. For the news section the user should also be able to change the default news category. I've devided news into 9 different categories in the access db. Also I would like to have 2 RSS feed widgets added with some predefined rss feeds to select from under the edit function and the user being able to add their own.
