Clickatell Unicode SMS Script in ASP

Hello, I have developed a sms website in ASP which uses clickatell for sms transmission through SMTP. However the unicode script does not work and the characters are received on my phone as garbage or squares with no meaning. I need a pro to take a look at the atached scripts and make it work so that when i paste unicode characters in my form, they should be successfuly converted into appropriate hex code and sent to clickatell IN THE CORRECT FORMAT so that when received on my phone it should work. i will need to test the script from you on your server and prove that i can receive any foreign character before payment. You should ALREADY be familiar, not just familiar, but master expert at clickatell apis. You will need to have your own clickatell account for installing and testing my scripts ( i will renumerate you for whatever credit I USE for testing the script if it works).
