Paypal webshop

I would like to have a webshop built around a template I designed. I need this done in ASP or ASP.NET, with an ms acces database. I need the following features: Public: -Registration and login -After registration client receives an email containing his login and password. -Item listing per category (each item uses the same layout/format, I will provide this together with the page template) -Buy button for each item, if the client already purchased the item it just says "download". Payment goes trough paypal. -I only want to the clients to be able to download the product once the payment cleared on paypal. -"My account" page, listing all items purchased, also pages for changing password and account details. -Items cannot be downloaded if the client didn't puschase it. With this I mean the download can't be a simple download url. Private: -Administrator page, allowing me to create new items, and item categorys. Preferably also the possibility of uploading the item picture on this page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP/ASP.NET, MS ACCES (SQL server is also ok, but I prefer Acces for now)
