XML-Enabled Ebay Listing Tool

Need a very simple tool that will take information from a SQL Server 2000 backend and post it using predefined templates for auction on eBay. Pretty much need just the Listing component of Andale but needs to function with our backend which is a C# .NET Web application running off SQL 2000 on a Windows 2000 platform. I would like to hear your suggestions on how to implement such a tool. Ideally, candidate should be familiar with eBay services. If I had it my way, this app would have a relatively simple API that we could call through XML. But I am open to hear suggestions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
