Web Page Redesign

Greetings Coders, I have a client who is in desperate need of a redesign of a webwsite. Basically we are looking for a transition from an amateur/personal looking site, to something that looks like a reasonable corporate presence on the web. Basically, this is a site for a small professional firm. It outlines the services it provides, and the equipment it uses in about 5 pages. My client would like to be able to upload mpg and jpg movies so that there potential clients can see the facilities and equipment in action. Further, they would like to be able to have a space where they can upload forms (MS-Word documents) for their clients to download. I would like this page to be easy to adminster so that it is almost fool-proof, when it comes time to add additional documents to those on the current site, without disrupting the flow of the site. This client is very small, so we don't need anything elaborate. Please keep this in mind when bidding. Coders who provide an examples of there previous work, as well as short delivery times will be favored. Please contact me for the URL to the existing site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This page will likely be hosted on a Linux based server. Its content will include various jpeg's, mpegs, and MS-Word files.
