Also at least minimum 3 months support is required in case there is issues with the site that needs to be amended. YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL (THIS IS A MUST) OF HOW YOU ARE GOING TO DEVELOP THE SITE INCLUDING HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE AND ALSO THE TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT WHICH CANNOT BE CHANGED AT A LATER DATE. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO SIGN A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT. PAYMENT: Payment will be made in 3 stages: when you are half way through the project, the second on finishing the project and the rest will be paid after the 3 months term is over.
