Compare 2 files - extract/merge differences

**Requirements - File Change Detector Project** Attached are 2 methods we need assistance in writing. Note we are using VB .NET. However, it's not a requirement that the inner logic for these methods be written in a .NET language. For example, for performance reasons you may want to use C or unmanaged C++. Regardless of language, please make sure: -The logic can easily be called from .NET and will accept/return .NET friendly datatypes -Performance is important but so is size ??" the size of the byte array returned by the ExtractFileChanges method should be as small as possible. If it isn’t small, it will negate the benefits of extracting the changes (i.e. we might as well store the UpdatedFile in its entirety). -While the format of the returned Byte array is not important, do make sure you document the format and comment your code accordingly. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
