VB Software Program

I am looking for an application similar to: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] Software should be programmed in VB or other comparable language. It must be able to be downloaded from a website, have an installation process and an uninstall option as well. Software must have a 3 day trial, and after the 3 days, the sofware will no longer work until user buys a registration code to unlock it. Please read the above two websites for product features, but in general, the application will need to send hits so that the Alexa toolbar thinks the site is getting more traffic than it is, thus increasing the Alexa ranking. Should probably use sets of IP addresses to convince Alexa these are real visitors.
