2722 modification phpprobid script

I want to have a standard auctionscript (phpbidpro) modified to incorperate new functions. furthermore the site needs to be skinned with a new skin. I also want a bullitinboard script and mailscript (hotmail clone) to be integrated (single login procedure). The site needs to be expanded with an escrow service and object authentication service as well (this will be relatively simple programming) The programming needs to be done clean and well documented, as future remoddeling is planned. I am looking for someone well motivated and with thourough php, html and MySQL knowledge. (no hobby programmer) if all goes well future work is to be expected.
