E-Newsletter Management + Outlook Express Address Book Export

Brief: 1. Client is a local church organisation who have existing website with a simple newsletter subscription software called 'Subscribe2me' for members to subscribe themselves. 2. Client then uses an email blasting software called Mail Bomber to send emails (9000+)to members. TASK AT HAND: 1) Design the Form page of the website where users would be able to enter their: a) Email Address b) Gender c) Country d) Status e) Name *which will then be submitted to database + user will get confirmation email in their Inbox which they have to click in order to confirm their 'Opt-in'. 2) Design and Develop an online module that can manage the database of subscribers and manage the sending of newsletters. 3) [Client is not not IT-trained has added this: Please advise if this is possible/not possible or is too costly] -Design and Develop a way for anyone who a personal computer using email software like MS Outlook to easily export all the email address from his/her address book to the subscriber database in (2) with a simple click of a button. ------------------------------------------------------------ Here are more details of: 2) Design and Develop an online module that can manage the database of subscribers and manage the sending of newsletters. a) Must contain basic features found in: [login to view URL] b) Must be able to manage the database of subscribers -subscribe (with optional double opt-in) -unsubscribe -manage groups and sub-groups -error checking: ability to check for invalid or badly-formed e-mail addresses -ability to import from existing database -ability to export to MS-Excel, CSV or Text file -search function -subscriber can choose to remove themselves from database or remove themselves temporarily from XXX date to XXXX date. c) Must be able to create and save email newsletters templates d) Must be able to send out emails, newsletters -Scheduled according to pre-set dates, times -ability to select to send email newsletter to individual, group, sub-group or all -plain text or HTML mail -ability to manage batch sending of emails( eg. the current subscriber base of 9000 could be broken into batches of 100 or 200 to send out at each time at 15s interval) -indicate to the admin Newsletters Delivery Status: have been saved, awaiting sendmail on date: XXJuly 19XX, time: XX:XX have been successfully sent. e) Must be able to manage unsuccessful emails (email does not exist, mailbox full, etc) -to prompt admin "This email address has not been able to receieve any email since "XXJune, 19XXX).
