Simple (drupal) web site for associating photos with content

I am looking for a simple Drupal based site that achieves the following workflow: 1) Any authenticated user is presented with a "home page" which shows 5 fixed 2D bar-codes, and 5 corresponding content objects (as described under 2. below) 2) Each 2D barcode maybe associated with either: a) a URL (entered into an HTML textfield, and stored after entry b) a video (uploaded via a simple file upload dialogue, and shown by a description) 3) Each 2D barcode encodes a FIXED public URL on the Drupal site, which in turn redirects the user to either the URL/video when this fixed URL is accessed - without the need to log in to DRUPAL.
