Access2000 application for GPS data

I am receiving a text file that contains 4 fields per record: Unit#, DateStamp, Latitude, & Logitude We need to take this data, sort by unit number and timestamp and create output ASCII flat text files that are "trip legs": each record to show unit number, dateStamp. latitude(1), longitude(1), latitude(2), longitude(2). Where Lat/Long(1) is the initial GPS capture point and Lat/Long(2) is the next GPS capture point from the next record. I know this is difficult to explain so I have attached a zip file that includes a sample text file ([login to view URL]) and a sample of how an output file ([login to view URL]) should look for one units information. We are looking for a solution using MS Access 2000 that can: 1. Import routine to bring the raw data into a database. 2. Create a flat text output file for each unit. 3. Allow for exception reports to be created 4. Ability to purge the database in order to begin a fresh routine. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
