Acess Database Functions needs to be added.

I have an access Database that is a sales follow up and customer correspondence tool that needs some of is functionality completed. **This should be a very easy job for someone that know what they are doing and I am willing to work with a new coder and give a fantastic rating as long as I get a quick turn around (less then 48 hours). On top of a 10 review I will also give some bonus money $$$ if the product is throughly tested and bug free.** The database basically needs that ability to search through a customer database and select the appropriate customers then export that list into a pre loaded form letter. Once loaded it needs to print the letters and an envelope for each customer. There is also some admin functionality that needs ironed out so that new form letters, and sales reps can be added and managed once loaded. There are also some buttons/windows that cause errors when they are closed or selected.
