I need assistance adding a trigger to my SQL Server 2000 table. I have a column in the table that is a data type bit. The column name is 'Completed' I use it as a checkbox on my VB application. Also I have another column in the same table named 'DateCompleted' that is data type DateTime. Every time a user clicks the checkbox and changes the bit to a 1, I want the the trigger to fire and update the column 'DateCompleted' with the date and time from the database server. If a user later unchecks the checkbox, changes the bit back to 0, I do not want the 'DateCompleted' column to change. Then when the 'Completed' bit is again changed to 1, I want the date time value currently in the 'DateCompleted' column to be overwritten with the current datetime. ## Deliverables * Detailed step By step instructions for adding this feature to my database. * SQL, I can run in Query Analyzer to add this trigger to my database table. ## Platform Microsoft SQL Server 2000
