Auto post to multiple contact form on a listing site

Hi there, need some help auto posting the same message to multiple listings on a website. at the moment i am just clicking on an A to Z index to bring up a page of listings, then selecting a listing, then selecting "email this listing" and then filling out a pop up contact form. Would like to automate this, so it is done automatically. in short I wish to post a particular messge to each and every listing via their contact form. Its not spam, its a very targetted promotional message that these listings should be interested in. There are around 16,000 listings to be emailed, so would require them to be throttled or staggered so as not to do them all at once., would like reporting of each successful email sent, and will be following up and checking randomly to make srue the mesage was received and corresponds with the report Looking for someone to do this pretty much as soon as possible so please estimate your timeframe when you do place a bid.
