ecommerce site migration

I require the following site to be moved to another server. [[login to view URL]][1] This website is an information portal for the health industry and contains the following systems - **content management system** - allows user to update articles on the site. **newsletter system** - allows user to create HTML newsletters by choosing template and adding articles. Also holds the email database. **shopping cart system** - This system contains complex postage costs calculations for australia and links to a payment gateway system that communcates payment info between the site and the bank. Also the shopping area is behind SSL. **REQUIRED: - ** I require each of these systems moved to the new server without losing any data. An SSL page needs to be setup on the new server for the ordering pages. The payment scripts need to be repointed for the new server (if required) The admin area to add new products and modify postage costs has been lost and needs to be recovered. I also require a feature in admin area to be built that will allow me to set postage costs to zero on any products. At present it places in only the calculated cost depending on location. I just need to be able to disable that if i need to. I require a link to be added into the homepage. ------------------------- The site was partially completed by a previous coder but could not finish the whole job. You will have to pick up from where he left off. You will be required to work on the site until it is identical with the original (layout, images etc.) Coder will be required to work independently and will maybe have to work out solutions to problems with scripts, hosting etc. Of course, i will provide all pass codes and urls and will help as much as possible but i am not a programmer and i cannot help with complex problems. This job is PHP and mySQL. Deadline is 12/10/04 no exceptions. Please do not bid if u cannot meat this deadline. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
