Extract Info to Database

I need to automate my (currently manually edited) listings. This is becomming an insurmountable task, and is taking up too much room on my server. The following is a (QUICK) explanation of what I need. Extract data from current web pages (I own), and insert data into a MySql database. Create dynamic pages to display data by City, Region, or county. Submission page for new entries. ## Deliverables I need a program to extract data and place the listing Info into a mysql database. example :[login to view URL] Prog must be able to extract different types of data, (listings info) and place it correctly into the database, so it can be displayed in a new page. Each city, county, region would have the following Categories Activities, Dining, Lodging, Shopping, Transportation. (Currently done as separate pages for each city.) Each with sub categories. Info required to be pulled: TopSite (y/n), Region (West, Middle, East), Category, Sub Category, Business Name, link url (might be null), Image location (my site or external) linked correctly, Image Link (to expanded (might be null), Street Address, City, Local Phone, Toll Free Phone (might be null), Fax Phone (might be null), E-mail addr (might be null), Promotional Text. (Including HTML - fonts etc for promo text) This needs to be done for ALL cities I list, and also be capable of having new cities easily added. Page code to display the information (by city, county, or region, by category etc..). Example East Activities page would bring up ALL listings for Activities in East Region, Knoxville Activities would bring up only Knoxville Activities, Knox County activities..... (you get the idea) I will also need capabilities placed with each listing so users can make corrections for the listing (pending my approval). Brings up submission/change page and shows current info / Changes. The (by city) pages would also need to be able to show the 'towns close by' which are already listed on the current city pages. I will also need a submission page that will allow users to enter new listing pending approval (won't be published until approved by me). Page must allow submissions with html formatted text (bold, color, etc). An approval page (password protected) that will allow me to view, edit, approve, or deny new submissions, and changes. All data must be fully portable (if folders are changed on site data will be available without re-write) (full urls used). Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Printable Documentation for installation, and use of all programs. ## Platform Database to be in MySql. Data extraction program must run on Win XP Web pages, access pages, and submission page must be able to run on Apace (Windows).
