Fix Component Removal In Dynamic TabControl

I have a dynamic TabControl object that i am using to connect to and query a MySql database. Each tab in the TabControl will query a different table in the database, and users can add different tab pages for the different tables they are querying. Under these tab pages are a button to add a filter argument to the query sent to the database, and on the initially added (Hard-Coded) tab page it will add and remove the rules fine. The functions that i coded to add a new tabs will add the tab fine, and it will even add rules fine, but when it comes to removing the components and removing the QueryRule object from the list of query rules it will not do it. It seems that some object along the way is copied, and there are two copies of this tab page. When it resizes everything and moves everything to their appropriate spots it is still seeing the old object that was removed from the array, but when i click the button to remove this again its showing that it was removed already... So obviously somewhere down the line something got copied twice, and I need someone to fix it!
