Flash - Web site with Flash index page and HTML sub pages

I need a small web site for fundraising for a two month old boy whom is infected with a potentially fatal disease. The web site will be used to raise money to pay for chemotherapy and to help take care of the family. I need the main/index page to look and work like the two samples attached, but with my photos, and the subpages to be non-flash, static HTML pages. You will design index page with flash and active links to subpages and you will also design static HTML subpage. All menu items will be the same or similar, but I will provide final menu names when bidder is chosen. I would like the site to look the same as one of these two sites from template monster. They can be similar or exactly the same, but the important feature is that the flash work the same, but with my photos. <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> I am suggesting a bid price under $60 because I can just buy these templates for $60 or less and modify, but due to the disease and my time, I need help.
