Google Adsense API Help

I need someone familiar with Google Adsense's API, preferably a Spanish speaker. Here is my website: http://cargado.es. I would like to incorporate this Google Adsense API into my website, so that users are able to sign up for my website, sign up for google adsense API, and so that the ads on the pages I mentioned up top (other than the ones in the left column), will display the new Google Adsense API ads, so that if a user has signed up for the API, he will share in the revenue we make. If a user uploads something but does not sign up for the API, then we will make 100% of the revenue generated from Adsense. Below, I have two tutorials on how this works and how to do it.
