Graphical Design of a Model Community Website

Creating a site design for a model community website -- see attached detailled description. Your task is just to create and deliver the overall site design. The coding and implementation into a template for the community script we use will be another task for another freelancer. But of course if you could do that too, please state this clearly in your bid. Since high quality is needed, please provide some relevant and comparable examples of your work with your bid. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Photoshop file including a JPEG version as well as the layered version of the .psd file. 2) It is extremely important that you include the full layered, vector version of the .psd file. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
