Navigational Overhaul for PHP/MySQL Learning Management System

We run a PHP/MySQL based Learning Management System. We need to overhaul the navigational structure of the LMS. We have very specific requirements and we even developed prototype mock-ups in Photoshop. You would simply need to implement the prototype in the PHP code. We require a programmer who is fast and produces high-quality code. We require almost constant communication throughout the process across IM and email. A time estimation is a must, and if the project is not completed on-time, we will be forced to reduce payment by 50%. [login to view URL] shows you what it should look like when it's done. Here are the details of what we need. I will start in the upper left corner of the screen and work my way down. 1. Remove Change my password from the People box. Ensure that everyone can change their password on the Edit my profile screen. 2. Move the Grades link from the Course Summary box to the People box. 3. Move the People box to the right side of the screen, underneath the My Last Messages box. 4. Move the Course Summary box to the right side of the screen,underneath the People box. Make the Course Summary box visible to teachers, senior teachers, and admins only. Students can no longer see this box. 4. Remove the Search box. 5. Move the Administration box to the right side of the screen, underneath the People box. ## Deliverables 6. Remove the Courses box. 7. We want to change the navigational structure of the course outline. As it is, all of the items for a course are listed in the middle section. If you click on an item in the middle, it takes you to that item. We want to change it so that the list of items is on the left side of the screen in an expandable/collapsible tree. Each week should expand and collapse to display the items in that week. When you click on an item, that item should appear in the middle part of the screen. If you click on a week number, then that week's text introduction should appear in the middle part of the screen. The item that you are currently viewing should have a small bullet next to it. We need to ensure that the checkmarks work properly too. 8. We want to color code each course. Please add an RGB color picker to the Course Settings page. The color should be applied to the background of the main section headings. Please see [login to view URL] to see exactly where the color should be applied. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
