Real Estate Plugin for Wordpress

I'm setting up a web site which I can post real estate listing for rent or for sale for a number of real estate agents using wordpress as the platform. I would like someone to create a search plugin just like the one in this web site: [login to view URL] The plugin would allow me to customize the search parameter, e.g change 'location' to 'area' etc. It would also allow me to add or subtract any of the parameter as and when I like. The closest wordpress plugin that I can find is the Great Real Estate plugin. It has the feature listing feature but doesn't have the search and it does not allow me to categorize the listing in different areas. Beside the search, I would like the plugin to categorize the real estate listing in different areas, property type, rooms type, property size etc. I should be able to customize the categories as well. ## Deliverables I just need the plugin not the entire web site as I can install the plugin into the wordpress site myself.
