Ringtones Website Layout and implementation

This project involves coding a UNIQUE layout for my ringtones, logos and mobile phone items website. The layout should be stylish and attractive yet not too complex. I want to keep the page sizes very small. I only want html coding please, no flash etc. I want to be able to update the links at both sides of the page throughout the different seasons (valentines day, xmas etc) so navigation links must be easily updateable. Php navigation would be a plus but I will need help implementing this into my website as I am using PHP pages which are Mod ReWritten into .html pages. Hence I'm not sure how the PHP navigation would be implemented into my 'html' pages. It must be remembered that I have 60+ PHP pages that all need the same links updating at the same time. Essentially each section eg Ringtones..starts with the main PHP script for that section eg Ringtones.php...this displays various links for each category and default ringtones. When you select a ringtone a PHP script called [login to view URL] is activated. This should have the same navigational links but an Iframe in the middle for the ringtone from my affiliate. If you think you can code me a pretty layout (rough template will be provided showing the links I need adding and where adverts go etc) and solve my navigation problem then this job is for you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)UNIQUE template not found anywhere else on the internet. 5)Coded purely in HTML which must pass a HTML validator test, the only javascript that can be added is scripts I supply. 6)You must solve my navigation issues the template must be working before I pay.
