Rugby 7's website

Hi I wish to create a website for my local rugby team. It will have to have a white and baby blue colour scheme with navy trimmings as that is the colour of our home kit. You would have to create a template banner that can be used at the top of each page. For this I will provide images an you will have to blend these images into one another. Links should include home, player profiles, forum, gear, social, kinsale 7's, Gallery The home page would just contain 2 or 3 images with text. This could be done in the same style as the body in <[login to view URL]>[][1] On the home page it would be nice to have a scrolling news section.(javascript freely available on the internet) Maybe we could also include a poll voting system on various issues (javascript freely available on the internet) The players profiles page should contain links to individual players pages. These will contain an image and some info about a player. You can just set up one or two of these using any image and info. As I know html and have a basic knowledge of other web languages and I can recreate these and edit as I please. It will need a basic forum where players can communicate with each other about various issues. The gear page will be just basic html showing images of our gear with text. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
