Bit Torrent Video Download site. Content management system to allow for site administrators to upload .torrent files for indexing. 1. Site visitors can download and rate torrents. 2. Site visitors can not post torrents. 3. Administrators who upload torrents may choose a release date for each upload, said torrent will not appear on website until the release date. 4. Administrator upload page should contain the following fields: .torrent file location (upload from local machine), Thumbnail Image (Upload from local machine), Torrent Name, Torrent description, Category, length (in minutes). 5. Content management system will obtain/maintain information about the torrent for listing purposes. Information should include: file size, seeders, leachers, # of downloads, user ratings (1-6 stars). 6. System should be search engine friendly. Meaning when a user clicks on a specific torrent file they are taken to a page for that torrent, that torrent files information (title and niche) should be parsed into the ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? Preferrably using PHP and Mysql. Open source software with mods is acceptable.
