Web Design for ID Card Site

I am looking for help in creating a site that will allow customers to upload a picture, crop their picture if needed, choose a template background, enter customer information, preview and submit. The site will need to be setup with ecommerce for payment. There is a site online currently that is simular to what I would like. [[login to view URL]][1] The owner of this site has made it clear that he created the components of his site, and does not want to share or sell his software. I am not looking to create id cards for children. I am looking to create them for adults. There is a lot of information on that site that is not needed. I am only looking for the functions to create cards. After the information is collected, it will need to be compiled as one file, possably jpg, and when the information is sent, I will be printing a single jpg image with all the collected information. The card software on my end uses MS Access and the jpg file is just a suggestion. There are systematic questions I will have about this site: Will I need the site to create customer numbers for reconcilation? The other site listed above explains better what I need, just with different backgrounds and text on the cards. I know I might not have given enough information. Please contact me if you have more questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Since this is a web based service, it should function on IE 5 or higher.
