A widget for a DIV layer (repost)

We are looking for a widget that we can use as a DIV layer on a web page. The widget should be able to display a list of clickable actions or a block of static text. Key user interactions that must be supported include the ability to close the widget , the ability to highlight where the mouse is pointing within the widget, and the ability to select text from the widget for copy to the clipboard. The attached file includes a full description including screenshots that can be used as a starting point for the design. Please Note - Exceptional performance on this initial request may lead to additional, ongoing work for the winning coder. ## Deliverables 1. The visual design of the widget should be driven by a CSS style sheet. The file should be named [login to view URL] 2. The widget should be encapsulated in a DIV that can be toggled between hidden and visible using JavaScript. Each widget should have its own style class carefully document in the [login to view URL] file. 3. The widget should accommodate a dynamic listing of actions. There is no requirement to write code that generates these actions dynamically. However, the widget should be tested to handle between 2 and at least 10 actions. 4. The final deliverable should include an html file that has a useable example for each of the widget styles outlined above. 5. Each action in the widget should be nothing more than an [.
