Custom Flash Player

I need a Flash 8 player for [login to view URL] that will play 450x 300 pixel flv video. It needs to have controls similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and must have the ability to open a new window in full-screen mode. It must have: 1) Play/Pause Button 2) Progress bar with large scrub button to "scroll through" the video (like [login to view URL]) 3) Volume bar 4) Go back to start button 5) Timer 6) Fast Forward and Rewind buttons (optional) 7) Button to go full screen and stretch the video to occupy the entire screen (like [login to view URL]). 8) Button to close Full-Screen Mode and return to default video size. 9) During full-screen mode, if the user hits any key then the player control bar will appear in Flash and allow the user to select any of the standard functions including selecting to go back to non-full screen mode (the player occupying the original space on the canvas) 10) During full-screen mode, the control bar should disappear if no input (mouse or keyboard) is received from the user within a configurable time frame (e.g. 5 secs) 11) When first loaded, it should be possible to click ANYWHERE on the video frame and play will begin. 12) When the video has played through X seconds, a code should be sent to the database. This way, we can track how far people have viewed the show. We may want to incorporate several of these, say at 60 seconds, 180 seconds and 30 seconds before the end of video. We have created custom button art and player design. We would like to incorporate these. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform flash
