Flash Drawing Application Generating PNG or GIF files

**Simple Flash Floor Plan Designer ** A flash application which runs as a part of a PHP site ([login to view URL]) which allows users to draw simple floor plans with Flash and save their drawings as PNG or GIF or JPG image files. It is for a rental site, so it's requirements are not as stringent as a real-estate site. The drawings are only simple depictions of the room lay-out that the landlord draws themselves. The files will be inserted into an existing image database as if they were imported. Ability to integrate with existing PHP/MySQL image importation is a must. The Floor Plan Drawer will have a pallet or tool bar similar to this:![][1] But with the following tools: Text Labels Squares Lines Paint Brush Brush Line Size choose Fill Eraser Undo It will also have a simple color pallet with only red blue yellow black white and grey. I will try to contribute to project development, including with PHP integration. Hence, I expect rough version source .fla files as I ask (during the development cycle). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
