Flash product navigation

We require someone to create a flash product navigation from a PSD file. The navigation will have the following features/characteristics: Displays a range of 10 printers in a circle, when the flash loads the printers cycle before stopping. The movement will be similar to this [login to view URL]|technology ??" basically it should be really smooth. The cycle at the start should be similar to clicking “show tech?? on the nike site. Mousing over the flash area will make the printers cycle, moving to the left of the front printer makes it cycle t the left and visa versa. Clicking a printer will take you to the product page. Printers increase in Alpha transparency as they get further away from the front (Like on the Nike example). Printers get larger as they get closer to the front. (Like on the Nike example). Each printer has a shadow. Printers move up slightly as they reach the front so the shadow grows to give a more 3d feel. A bar beneath the printers indicates how "professional" the printer is. This has an indicator that moves as the printers cycle. 2 text labels on the bar will be translated into 6 languages; text for these labels should be loaded from an external text file. The language to use should be determined by passing a language ID to the flash script (numbers 1 to 6). Adding new printers and languages must be easy and fully documented. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
