The concept of the site is simple. Administrative control for the site admin: Needs to have a way to a) enter the service provider listings, and upload images b) charge the service provider a monthly fee to be listed. c) option to not charge the service provider a monthly fee to be listed. *** Only the site admin can create provider listings. d) on the site there should be a link to email the admin to be able to be listed in the site. (Also with instructions on how to cancel their listing) e) Will just take paypal for subscription listings, should be a signup page for that.
