simple flash help (actionscript)

I need help with buttons inside a flash scroll. I have a simple scroll component in a flash interface, the scroll plays a MC that shows images, like a gallery. I need to place buttons inside that scroll that loads other scenes from inside that flash file (the final product is an exe). So mainly, I need to make a button inside a scroll component (so inside the MC) that loads other scenes. I have not been able to make in work on actionscript, I just need the code that will allow me to do that in the envirenment I am using (see below). You can see an image attached to have an idea of how it looks. Buttons on the images, to open a scene that shows an image preview in higher resolution. I am using Flash CS4, Flash Player 8 and ActionScript 2.0.
