Website for Student Ministry in Church

We are looking to build a new webpage from scratch. I like the look of this [site][1]. And also this [site][2]. Finally, I like the look of this [site][3]. I would like the site, design wise, to land between them somewhere. The homepage will need to be done in Flash, because we are looking for a homepage with roll overs to link to the different pages on the site (see this [site][1] for details). About the homepage - I like the graphics on the Shandon site which look a lot like iPod comercials and the roll-overs that add text to the graphics. I like the line and drop-down menus on the Mars Hill site. I would basically like graphics above a line that produces a drop-down menu for that page catagory. After the homepage we need the subsequent pages to be html driven like this [site][2] to allow for easy updating. ****There will need to be the following pages:****** **1. Purpose 2. Staff / Contact Us 3. Pictures / Media 4. Calander and Events 5. Message Boards * i would like the roll overs on the front page to drop down menus for each page, much like this [site][3]. We will supply you with a rough logo that will need to be revamped for the site. Color scheme will be black background with lime green as the main color. Yellow will be used to accent. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
