I would like to redo my street sign website.

I am looking for someone EXPERIENCED who can redesign my website in possibly php and flash so I can upgrade the look of my site and have a wordpress blog on my site and possibly an affiliate program and the ability for my customers to upload pictures and to write a title and description of the place that they hang my street signs. Customization options must include fonts, colors, patterns and images stored within the database and/or uploaded by the user/client/visitor. The final product must be savable by the creator to a personal profile and the client must be able to submit an order for said product. I need to be able to use the roadgeek or comparable font so the street signs look authentic. The letters must appear as the customer types on the sign. The required time-line to delivery is 30-60 days.
